PAYMENT OF ORDER
Customers and required to pay a 50% NON- REFUNDABLE deposit on the date of ordering all bridal gowns and accessories, the remaining balance must be paid two weeks before the gown arrives at The Wedding Bridal Studio.
MONIES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER ORDERS. ONCE GOODS ARE ORDERED YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS IF YOU SIMPLY CHANGE YOUR MIND (Sale of Goods Act 1979).
No goods may be removed from the premises until full payment of the order has been fulfilled in cases where a cheque is paid goods will not be released until the cheque has been cleared by the bank which take up ten working days.
Goods ordered that are not available from stock normally take 20 weeks for delivery, unless a specific time limit is stated in writing on this order. Gowns requiring extra length or special measures are subject to a surcharge, carried forward to the customer. This surcharge will be added to the cost of the goods above.
ALL GOWNS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF THE WEDDING BRIDAL STUDIO UNTIL PAID FOR IN FULL.
Customers should retain their sales contracts and any receipts as proof of purchase and sure to have read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS NOTICE and fully understand its requirements. THE WEDDING BRIDAL STUDIO has such terms to protect its business regardless of your circumstances.
ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ARE NON-RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS CUSTOMERS WHO CANCEL THEIR CONTRACT ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A RUFUND OF ANY MONIES ALREADY PAID AND INCLUDING THE CANCELLATION DATE. Dress orders will still have to be paid for in FULL if the wedding is cancelled for whatever reason costs will still be incurred to the suppliers and to The Wedding Bridal Studio regardless of any circumstance.
SALE GOWNS /ACCESSORIES, BOUGHT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR ANY MONIES RUFUNDED SOLD AS SEEN.
For reasons of hygiene all accessories tiaras, hair slides, veils, jewellery, fascinators & hats which have been removed from the premises once paid for cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Gowns are ordered in standard sizes please be aware that gowns sizes are different to that of high street sizes. GOWNS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND ARE NOT MADE TO MEASURE. Bought-in gowns are purchased on size only, based on the largest of bust, waist or hip measurements and agreed with the customer. Exact colours and shades on fabrics and designs on trim, including lace, cannot always be guaranteed. If a customer insists on a fit tighter than recommended, we will not be responsible. Equally, after the sales order contract has been signed and the order placed The Wedding Bridal Studio CANNOT AND WILL NOT accept any responsibility for gowns not fitting when
collected due to the customers increase or decrease in weight or any other reason beyond our control.
THE PRICE OF GARMENTS EXCLUDES ALL COSTS IN RESPECT OR FITTING WORK. It is essential that customers bring their underwear being worn on the wedding day to all fitting appointments. The Wedding Bridal Studio offers fitting and alteration services but these are carried
out by independent couture seamstresses that are experienced and competent. All alterations are separate to the gown price and will be quoted on an individual basis. Any claims or complaints regarding fittings should be directed towards your seamstress and not The Wedding Bridal Studio as they are separate businesses. Fittings and alteration works may be carried out elsewhere if required, customers are not obliged to use the services provided by The Wedding Bridal Studio.
Should the Wedding Bridal Studio breach its obligations under this agreement, it’s liability is limited to any direct loss incurred by the customer arising from such breach.
The Wedding Bridal studio will not be liable for any breaches caused by circumstances outside The Wedding Bridal Studio’s control, including, but not restricted to acts of god, war, riot, terrorism, malicious damage, fire, flood or storm.
NOTHING OF THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
